All items are delivered with new POSTpak’s and are bubble wrapped to reduce the risk of covers cracking and boxes squashing. Accessories are packed in new POSTpak Tough Bags for extra safety. Items are dispatched on the same day that payment is received before 5pm (unless on Sunday or Public Holiday in Victoria).

We chose to deliver items via Registered Post to protect our customers as this method offers more security than Regular Post. An additional option is Express Post Platinum which is delivered within the same time frames as the regular Express Post service but includes an online tracking system which allows you to track your items whereabouts online. Express Post Platinum is not delivered by a postie, it is delivered by courier to the addressee’s door. The courier must obtain a signature as proof of receipt before completing delivery.
